Sophomores Macy Conley and Olivia Halfhill were selected as the JCHS representatives for the 2020 HOBY Leadership Conference. This conference is dedicated to “training and nurturing the young leaders of tomorrow.” The mission is to develop lifelong leadership skills and empower youth to gain their highest potential of leadership qualities. The conference is held over the summer before the students' junior year at Berea College. Here they live the life of a college student for one week and hone their leadership skills, which works perfectly at JCHS since both are an integral part of our student leadership team. Congratulations to both!
