Golden Eagle Community,
A reminder that the Johnson County School District will release early on Thursday, March 19 as our community travels to Lexington to support the Johnson Central High School Boys’ Basketball Team in the KHSAA State Tournament at Rupp Arena.
The Golden Eagles will play at 8:30 PM Thursday night.
Release Times:
Elementary Schools – 2:00 PM
Middle & High School – 2:20 PM
There will be no after-school programming on Thursday.
Friday Schedule:
If the Golden Eagles win Thursday night, school will be cancelled on Friday so our community can continue supporting the team in the next round.
If the team does not advance, school will operate on a regular schedule Friday.
An official announcement will be made Thursday night following the game.
