Johnson County Schools

The Johnson County School District would like to congratulate Mr. Matthew Fannin on being hired as Assistant Transportation Director.  Mr. Fannin has been with the Johnson County School District for 13 years, served as an instructional assistant, coach, teacher, teacher leader, and substitute bus driver.  He has served in many leadership roles throughout his career, including the Highland Site-Based Decision Making Council for seven years, Leader in Me Lighthouse Team, PBIS School Leadership Team, and the Thrillshare School Lead.  Mr. Fannin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Morehead State University and his Master of Arts Degree in Education from the University of the Cumberlands.  He is currently pursuing his Rank 1 in Educational Leadership.
