Johnson Central is proud to announce the hiring of Eagle Wrestling alumni Blake Gamble as our new Head Wrestling Coach.
As a wrestler, Blake was 2x All State, 5x Regional Champion, a member of 6 Regional Champion teams, and a member of the 2013 State Dual Runner-Up team.
As an assistant, Blake has been an integral part of 2 State Dual Champion teams, 2 State Dual Runner Up teams, and 2x Runner-Up at the KHSAA State Tournament. Blake is the reigning KY Coach of the Year.
We have no doubt that our late coach Jim Matney's legacy will be carried on by this highly qualified addition to the JC Athletics staff. Congratulations, Blake!
