The Johnson County School District would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to Johnson County Middle School Digital Learning Instructional Coach Dr. Stephanie Moore on earning her Doctorate of Education in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.
Dr. Moore’s dissertation explored the impact of the Leader in Me program on student leadership, academic success, student behavior, and overall school culture—work that directly reflects her commitment to meaningful, student-centered growth.
She has dedicated 19 years to Johnson County Schools and currently serves as a Digital Learning Instructional Coach, a role she has held for the past five years. Dr. Moore is also a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT), demonstrating her continued pursuit of excellence in education.
Her leadership, innovation, and unwavering focus on student success continue to make a lasting impact across the district.
