2025 Summer Food Service Program Multiple Day Meal Pickups
This program starts Monday, June 2 and goes until July 25.
*One signup form per child must be completed.
*Any child age 1 through 18 qualifies regardless of income.
*Enrollment in Johnson County Schools or residency in Johnson County is NOT necessary to participate in the program.
*Each child signed up will be provided 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches for pickup from your chosen location.
*Buses will deliver once per week to the location you choose. Your child's meals must be picked up from that location at its designated time to receive their meals.
*If a change in pickup location is needed, please complete this form again with the updated location.
*The child does not have to be present for the meal pickups; however, if a child is not signed up for the program, the child must be present at their first pickup to receive their meals.

Lift Campers would like to thank Allie and Natalie with Operation Unite for visiting with us this week to discuss Healthy habits and Cyberbullying.
4th, 5th, and 6th grade campers played a game of multiplication basketball.
Campers have used Ozobots to practice letter writing, worked on cursive handwriting, and played various sight word games.
Lift Summer Campers have had fun doing various Science experiments during our first week of camp!
