In remembrance of September 11th, Mrs. Bevins' classroom created paper bag books and learned about some of the heroes from that day. We also talked about how communities can come together to help out those in need.
Big Sandy Community and Technical College visited Highland Elementary's 5th-grade students, providing instruction on proper hygiene. Each student received a gift bag containing hygiene supplies.
Mrs. Wright's Kindergarten class had a blast this week learning about the 5 senses. 🌟💙
Members of our Blessing Box and Lighthouse teams filled our Blessing Box with food and hygiene items collected from a very successful food drive and many generous donations, We are so proud of our Wildcats and their generous hearts.
Thank you to another community partner for being a blessing to our school! #WildcatPride #HighlandElementary
