Election Day

No School


Due to continued rise in positive numbers in our county - Johnson County will he operating on the “Red” schedule next week. All students will be completing school in JC Click-&-Soar remote learning. Also remember that there will be no school on Tuesday due to Election Day - that day was a scheduled day off of school in our approved 2020-21 school calendar. Thank you, be safe, and keep learning!

This week Highland students are getting reacquainted with Jiggy and the gang. REMIX Education offers short videos dealing with self-esteem, building communities and living a drug free life.


Fourth graders enjoyed wearing Highland attire for Red Ribbon Week. We also see Heath and Wyatt May enjoying Episode 1 of REMIX Education as part of the week's activities organized by our FRC and UNITE offices.

Mrs Rowe’s class enjoyed a Highland Day and learning with Jiggy during Red Ribbon Week Kickoff. Students leaned about dealing with everyday changes and the importance of finding that special person or group to share their feelings with. Thanks Remix for a great program. #FRC #remix
