The Johnson County School District will dismiss elementary schools at 1:00 and JCMS/JCHS at 1:30 on Friday, March 3rd, in an abundance of caution due to the forecast of severe storms, high winds, and possible gusts in excess of 70mph. Early dismissal will allow time for safe travel home, as storms are currently projected to hit our area between 4:30-5:30 pm. We want to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and caregivers.
