Check out the new state-of-the-art equipment that has been installed in the JCHS kitchen. These combi ovens use precise humidity/temperature regulation to help improve the cooking process & overall food quality. They can not only be used as static & convection ovens, but also as steamers, air fryers, and smokers. Over the next few weeks, all Johnson County schools will be equipped with them.
