What's been going on in Mrs. Smith's kindergarten lately? We've learned to read and spell words with magic e, used Quiz Quiz Trade to review, and learned about teen numbers in math! We've also been great partners as we peer reviewed each other's work and helped our friends to find and correct any mistakes!

Second graders that read all 220 sight words earned their reward. As a reward, they earned the chance to pie Mrs. Vanhoose, Miss Wilson, and Mrs. Gullet in the face. Everyday is a great day to be an Eagle!🦅

Mrs. Miller and Mr. Blair's 5th/6th grade students today practiced Leader in Me Habit 8: Find Your Voice and Inspire Others to Find Theirs. Kagan Structure Continuous Round Robin was used to brainstorm ways students could help others find their voice. All students ended the activity with one compliment to each group member. Now everyone reading this "Pay it Forward" to someone else that may need a kind word or smile today!😃
