
Second grade students tested different materials for absorbing properties and then created a hat using those materials.








Mrs. Fairchild's 5th grade homeroom recently celebrated winning the BLING for being proactive in the lunchroom.


Mrs. Adkins' 2nd grade class won the BLING this week and loved sitting at the special seating in our cafeteria.

Mrs. Estep's classes used Nearpod to learn about different types of maps and their benefits. They then created their own classroom blueprints.



Shout out to these 6th graders for stepping up as leaders at HES. They volunteered to help Mrs. May's 1st grade class set up their Leader in Me google sites today.
