Drew has been accepted into the UPike Osteopathic Medical Scholars Program (OMSP)—a prestigious opportunity that provides a cooperative 8-year pathway (4 + 4) toward earning both a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
Not only is Drew excelling in the classroom, but he will also continue his athletic career at the University of Pikeville as a member of the Track & Field team!
We are so proud of Drew’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to his future in medicine. The best is yet to come!

Johnson Central TSA placed in 3 competitions at the State Conference this week!
The Audio Podcasting Team consisting of Macie Shepherd, Kaiden Powers, Aubrien Smith, and Ava June Tackett took 3rd place!
(Aubrien and Ava are not pictured as they are preparing for state tournaments in cheer and academics)
The Webmaster Team consisting of Kungnalin Han, Carleigh Branham, Bonnie Kim, and Eli Ahadi-Akhlaghi took second place!
And Ava June Tackett took 1st place in Promotional Design!


Any student interested in working backstage for High School Musical needs to see either Ms. Wilson in room 24 or Ms. Warne in PA 4 for an application. Applications are due by Tuesday, March 24th at 3:30 pm.
