Eagle Enrichment for April 27-30, 2026.

Thank you to our guests from the Johnson County Public Library! Today they shared about opportunities the public library provides and taught students the benefits of journaling. We loved having you join us!

✨ Student Creativity in Action! ✨
Our middle school health students have been hard at work using their voices to make a difference! Through creative campaign projects—including videos 🎥, presentations 🗣️, posters, and informational flyers—students explored important topics surrounding substance use and prevention among teens.
From raising awareness about the risks of vaping and alcohol to promoting healthy choices and positive decision-making, these projects truly reflect the thought, effort, and passion our students bring to real-world issues.
We are so proud of the way they took ownership of their learning and used their creativity to educate others. Their ideas, messages, and “creative shine” made this project both meaningful and impactful! 💡
Be sure to check out some of their amazing work—we have some future leaders and advocates in the making! Way to go, Eagles! 🦅 💛

A big thank you to the Johnson County Public Library for joining Mrs. Caudills Life Skills classes today! Our guests showed us how to access everything the library offers and taught students about the benefits of journaling. We loved having you today!

JCMS Youth Service Center participated in the Parent Expo on Tuesday. The 2026 Parent Expo successfully connected families with critical early childhood resources and demonstrated strong positive outcomes for participants and community partners. Survey data, sign‑in records, photographs, and on‑site observations collectively show the event was well attended, highly engaging, and impactful.

JCMS Girls' Soccer would like to thank the following individuals and businesses for their contributions for our 8th grade night celebration! Join us Thursday, April 23rd at 7:30 pm as they play against Prestonsburg. 8th Grade night festivities will begin at 5:45 pm before the boys game.
8th grade ELA students have been working hard on deconstructing arguments, presenting/evaluating evidence, and determining if evidence is strong, weak, or irrelevant to the claim. Mrs. Preston's students rock! Way to go, Eagles 🦅 #jcmsrocks

Important message for students and parents!
