
To get ready for the Apple Festival Mrs. Hall's Life Skills classes made fried apple pies.






Mrs. Wells art classes learned how to animate images they created. This was a team effort with JCHS Graphic Design student Brook Meek.

This week Mr. Ross's class learned about firefighters and EMTs! Thank you to Paintsville Fire Department for coming and showing us a fire truck and ambulance.







JCMS was visited by Animal Control Officer Bo Robbins (a former JCMS student). Officer Robbins talked to them about his training, his responsibilities and what things his job requires. We are very thankful for his time and sharing his stories.




JCMS staff enjoyed each others company and great food at our staff luncheon!! Team 8 Black hosted with delicious Italian cuisine!!

JCMS students joined JCHS students for "Prayer Around the Flagpole" this morning. What a wonderful message from Mr. Stephens and students!!


Huge Shout Out to Lowes of Paintsville for their donation of flowers and supplies to Mrs Wells' Agricultural Classes! The students planted flowers around the building. Agriculture classes are a new and exciting class for JCMS in 2023/24 school year.







Mr. Ross's class is learning about community helpers and started with police officers. JC Alum and State Trooper Wesley Music came and showed the kids his cruiser and his gear.
