💛 Staff Shoutout of the Week: Mr. Jimmy Hitchcock 💛
Today was extra special — not only did our Student Lighthouse Team select Mr. Jimmy for this week’s staff shoutout… it also happens to be his birthday! 🎉
Our students shared that they chose him because:
✨ He works hard every day.
✨ He cleans up after lunch—every table, every time.
✨ They see him after school picking up trash and making sure our building looks great for everyone.
Mr. Jimmy is one of those people who makes Central Elementary better just by being here. He doesn’t look for applause or attention — he just quietly shows up, works hard, and cares deeply about our school.
We are grateful for his kindness, his pride in his work, and the example he sets for our students.

Today we proudly honor the brave men and women who have served our country, especially those connected to our Central Elementary family.
We are grateful for our local veterans, parents, grandparents, and community members who have worn the uniform and protected our freedoms.
