We invite all students, staff, and community members to wear pink on Monday, August 17. Pink was Carissa’s favorite color, and wearing it together will serve as a symbol of our shared love, unity, and support.
Per her parents' wishes, all district schools—including Johnson County Middle School—will be in session on Monday. District flags will fly at half-staff in Carissa’s honor, and counselors and school psychologists will continue to be available in our schools to support our students and staff.

Practice is cancelled today due to potential bad weather. The next practice will be tomorrow at 6:30.
It's cross country time!!! Let's dust off our tennis shoes and start pounding the lake trail! Practice will begin Monday, August 10th at the lake. Bring plenty of water for your runner. Can't wait to see all your smiling faces!!!

To create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where all students can thrive and achieve their best, all participants will follow the Tomcats ROAR Behavior Contract. Students will receive three behavior strikes. Upon receiving a third strike, students will not be permitted to participate in Tomcats ROAR activities for the remainder of the school year.
